9 Dang Fine Thai is the fourth Portland-area Thai restaurant from celebrated Chef and owner, Aut "Dang" Boonyakamol. Dang has been recognized for his skillful and unique culinary approach as the previous chef-owner at Chaba Thai, Dang's Thai Kitchen, and perhaps most famously, Red Onion, which took second place in Willamette Week's "Restaurant of the Year" in its first year of business.
